Not sure what to say?

My deep regrets. I saw Don at the State Fair only a couple of years ago. He had served with my dad, Walt Heine on the Salem City Council.

I'm sure your Dad was smiling today as he saw all his children, grandchildren, family and friends gather today to honor him and reconnect. I' ll always remember his sense of humor , compassion, and wonderful stories. Kind thoughts to the family, he was a wonderful man and uncle. Hugs .

My father, Cornelius Lofgren, knew Don through the years as a friend and client, and I remember him telling me that Don was an honest person and that Cushing Insurance provided wonderful service. I do recall Don stopping by our house on a couple of occasions and even though I was just a child, was impressed by his cheerful and positive demeanor. I'm sorry about your loss.

May you rest in peace!

I have known Don through business dealings for over 25 years. I have never met a classier gentleman. He was sweet, kind, funny, and very professional. He acted as my mentor when I was considering opening my business. I loved him. My thoughts and prayers go out to all his family and close friends as you go through this difficult time. A life well lived...

May God give you peace of heart and mind at this time of your Dad's passing. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear family, Don was a member of our small "parish" at the Summerfield Estates in Tigard. We all cherished his presence and had been praying for him and all his family since he moved away to be with all of you. Please know he continues to be in our prayers as are all of you. His faith was solid, he reward will be great. Mary Thurman

I'm very sad to see that Don has departed - I recall playing golf with he, Bud Craig and the Gang some years ago - all the best to his survivors.

Dear Mary, Mark, Carol, Jeff and Michelle
We remember all the great times we had with Uncle Don, both in Oregon and Minnesota. We will miss his fun-loving spirit and his kindness. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Patty, Al, Colleen and Mike
