Not sure what to say?

Kathy and family,
My prayers are with you when I know your hearts are broken. GOD will give you peace in your hearts as he welcomes Don in his arms.
God bless all of you

Uncle Don cherished his nephews and nieces as if we were his own. I loved it when he'd spontaneoulsy stop by for a cup of coffee and a chat for there was always laughter in the conversation.
What a true blessing it was that Dona and his brother, Howard, were able to enjoy a lovely visit the day before Don left this Earth.
So many wonderful memories with the Don & Kass family at their place. So many of our Erickson gatherings took place in their home and especially in their back...

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family. Don was always very friendly to Evan when he and Chris would go help with anything he asked of them. Don was a great man and will be greatly missed.

Great Uncle Don was a really funny person. Growing up in Saint Louis Park, my sister, Betsy and I hung out a lot at Knollwood Mall when we were teenagers. We would always swing by to see Uncle Don at Wards. He always made us laugh. "You are my favorite" he would tell me. Later, I learned, he told everyone that!

Kass and family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hope the good memories you have of Don will help you through this difficult time. --Jeanne Wren Schuller

I will always remember my father-in-law Don as a wonderful father, grandfather, greatgrandfather.Back when he was healthy he loved to come over and watch the deer in our back yard as they ate corn. Our conversations we had and the many many times he made me laugh, to tears at times. Anyone who has enjoyed Don's company will be sharing with the rest of us, memories of a wonderful man who was placed in each one of our lives for a reason only known to that person. I will miss my hunting buddy...

Don was my father in law & when things didn't work out with his daughter Cindy & I, he was STILL my father in law. I was blessed to call him my friend. Don my prayers are with you on your next journey. See ya later. Love, Whimp

My Dad was one of a kind. He was one of the funniest people I knew. He always made me laugh. He was such a people person. He loved to visit and have coffee. I think he thought his nieces and nephews were really his kids. I'm not kidding. He just let your parents borrow you.
Cousins we will get through this together.

My Grandfather-in-law was a strong, independent man up until the very end. Chris and I would not be where we are today if not for him. His help and love are greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything, Don.

My Uncle Don was a very special man. We had so many good times at the family gatherings at his house. The party was always there. It has been a tough week for this family as my dad his brother Don on Sunday and his wife on Monday. I believe both Don and Gen are looking down on us this week and helping us through this tough time,
Niece Mary Jo
