Kill Devil Hills resident Don P. Eubank, 65, of kill Devil Hills, died at Albemarle Hospital, Monday, Dec. 1, 2008. A memorial service will be held at Twiford's Funeral Home, Chesapeake, Va., Friday at 11 a.m. Twiford's Funeral Home, Manteo is in charge of arrangements.
