Dear Forrest Family: Mr. Forrest was my calculus teacher at Cottonwood High and to this day I still use a couple of his choice witty expressions. He was a wonderful, charmingly gruff teacher. I'm sorry to hear of his passing, but his gifts endure. Best regards.

Dear Cheryl, my heart goes out to you. Dee and Don were like big brothers to me when we bought their family home back in the 1940's. Our families went fishing together for many years. When you moved to Brigham City and started dating Don, I thought how lucky you were (and as it turns out) and how lucky he was. You were a great pair.
My deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Love, Karen

Dear Forrest Family,
I've had the opportunity to work and associate with Chad for a number of years and consider him a good friend. I'm sure that his father was much like him and was a great man who will truly be missed.
Our hearts go out to his entire family.

To the Forrest Family,
Don Forrest was my math teacher during my junior and senior years at Cottonwood High School in the late 70s. He was a great teacher and had a wonderful relationship with his students. He encouraged me to pursue my math ambitions which has helped me in my life.
I am deeply sorry to hear of his passing and pray for comfort and peace to his survivors.

To: Mr. Forrest's Family:
He was my teacher at Granger High. I gained a life-long love of mathmatics from his classes in geometry, algebra and trig. Besides being a great teacher, he was a great guy and had the respect of all of his students. His was a life well lived.

It's hard to think that Don is not with us. He gave of himself a lot and left for us an excellent example in that. My husband and I want to send the family our love and thoughts. Times like this make us yearn for the hope in John 5:28,29 to be realized soon. We know we will see him again in paradise conditions.
