Don Allen Hall passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, in Denton, Texas. He was born on May 27, 1962, in Valparaiso, Indiana, moved to Texas in 1978 and attended Krum High School.
Don started working as a carpenter at the age of 17 and later started his own business, Don Hall Construction, Inc., where he constructed hundreds of custom homes over the course of 30+ years. He took great pride in his work and many of his clients became lifelong friends.
He lived an extraordinarily filled life with his family and friends. He restored and collected antique cars. He built a championship winning family junior drag racing team with his sons. He enjoyed going on hunting trips and fishing the Texas coast. Most of all he loved spending time with his wife at their hunting ranch in Bowie on the weekends.
He is preceded in death by his parents John and Dorothy Hall, his sister Judy Giannasi and his brother John Larry Hall.
Anyone who knew Don was touched by his way of inspiring those around him to do what they love and do it well.
Don is survived by his wife Kim of 39 years. His three sons: Drew and wife Mandy of Sanger, Trevor and wife Katie of Aledo, Trey, and wife Katy of Sanger. Granddaughters: Kynadi, Ryleigh, and KJ. Grandson: Penn. Sisters: Diane Tovar and husband Johnny of Royse City, Brenda Brown and husband Jim of Eldorado, IL. Sister in-law: Darlene Hall of Lake Villa, IL., and many nieces and nephews. We will all miss him more than words can say.
Visitation will be held from 6 PM to 8 PM, Thursday, October 21, 2021, at the Church of Christ in Sanger. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 AM Friday also at the Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Bolivar Cemetery.

The instant we met Don, we knew he was the right fit to build our home. He was so on the ball and I appreciated his candor and easy going manner. I recommended him to anyone who would listen. We considered him a friend, even ten years later. He will be missed. We pray for peace for his family.

Don was a great man and a very good friend. Believed in honesty, integrity and loving life.. We shared many good times together. I could always depend on him to shoot straight. He loved to cut up and laugh. It really hurts me and many others to know we will not see him again on this earth. It also really hurts me to know how much his family will miss him. They were so close. He was a leader and inspiration to all.
Love ya brother. Rest In Peace

To Kim and family,
May God bless you and ease your sorrow at this time of loss. We will miss our conversations with Don over politics, where the economy is going and business strategies, but most of all talking about restoring cars.
