My condolences go out to Don's family. I am just hearing about his passing. I will be keeping all of you in my prayers. I met Don about 32 years ago when I returned to New Orleans. We hooked up about 10 years later and always had a good time when we got together. He was well liked by so many people. Whenever I introduced him to a friend or colleague, they immediately admired him. "Lay down my dear brother. Lay down and take your rest... We love you, but Jesus loves you best."

Rest in peace, don.you were well likedandloved my everybody who knew you.such a good dude with a big heart and spirit.also one of the best bellman in new orleans period.it was an honor and privilege to know you 25 years. We loss a great friend and a great motivator.Don you can never be replaced but God had a better plan for you. Don's favorite saying and greeting was " Bojeaus Here"! Everytime he said it , he lit up the room. Much love to the family, keep the faith and trust God.

Don, you will always be missed. A man who I looked up to and had plenty laughs with. You really knew how to move a crowd. Bojeau, when you talked people listened. Don bka Bojeau Claiborne was and still is the best bellman ever. May you Rest In Peace with the angels in heaven. May God Bless and comfort the family during this time of sorrow.
