Not sure what to say?

I too wore Don´s bracelet from his POW days when I was in college in Kentucky back in 1967-1971. I was from NJ and now live in NH closer to our daughter and family. Paula Stafford

I wore your POW bracelet for a number of years. I read you had come home, but no destination was listed. For years I have carried the bracelet and wondered. Today, thanks to the Internet I found you, abet a little late. RIP

Personally returned his POW Bracelet to his hands in 1993 at his home in Turners Falls. Remembering the day and his tales of his capture and tortures. I can still see your nails, my friend.

I also wore his bracelet for years and was reminded of that time while watching the tributes to John McCain. I am sorry for his passing. He was a true hero.

I wore his POW bracelet for many years until his release. I'm sorry to hear of his passing.

I was sitting around thinking old friends from long ago and thought of you , I regret that I waited for so long to check on you I hope you would have remembered Louise and me from Fort Benning. We enjoyed having you around RIP . Phil King , Chandler Texas , 3rd Rangers Fort Benning GA

Don serviced with headquarters company 2nd brigade of the 4th Infantry Division in South Vietnam from Dec 1968 until his capture and taken POW on Feb 8th 1969.
I served with D Company 3/8th 4th infantry Division and would like top pay my respects to the family. Loosing another brother is very hard, thou I did not know him he was and always will be a brother. RIP>

I am so srry to hear of Don's passing. I wore The bracelet with Don's name on it until he was released and I still have it somewhere in my house.I thought of him and prayed for him all of those days. Godspeed Don.
