I grew up with him on Kaufman St. in Mt. Vernon. we played football on all of the yards in the neighborhood year round. We all knew he would be famous. He was a great friend.

I loved Don Meredith. He was also the best when he was on Police Story. I thought about him today and smiled. Rest in Heavenly Peace! Keep smiling Angel. You are stillmissed today.

pls Send down some help for the NFL commentators no more fun times like You, Frank and Howard.. Great Memories..

Remembering your great love story today and always.

Thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.

You are still my favorite person that I look up to . I am 58 years old. You are still my HERO. God bless your family.

Don's High School basketball play-off for Mount Vernon High School always seems to be omitted. I saw a state playoff game at Dal-High stadium. He was the star, high scorer and winner at that game. (And every other sports endeaver) since.
Thanks, Jack Hornburg

He was my quarterback hero. And, it would appear, and most importantly, he was just a nice guy!
