Don L. Peterson

I so regret not being able to be there and visit with everyone and share memories. My father, Horold, also loved to garden. I think they learned this from their father.

We wish as a family to express our heart felt sympathies for your lost. We just received an email of Don L.'s passing today, Friday, May 13, via Twila, so regretably we will be unable to attend the funeral, but our hearts will be with you. We appreciate the wonderful life that Don L. lived. We love all of you.

My heart goes out to all of Uncle Don L's family. He was the last of Alma & Blanche Peterson's children that was living! I wish I could have gotten there to visit with him before he past away. It doesn't matter what the circumstances are...when you lose a parent, spouse or grandparent, it is very difficult. Uncle DonL is the best! I am so happy I got to visit with him in March. What wonderful memories I have of my daddy's 'almost' twin. It's nice to know he was so much like my dad (his brother) with their common love of the gospel, the scriptures, and gardening. So glad they are reunited in heaven, with their sisters and Bamie and Pop. Happy day for them all.
