Don was a true gentleman always involved with the community, always there with helpful knowledge and friendship he will be missed god bless

It made me so sad to hear of Don Paul's passing. His teaching of Real Estate Fundamentals and Practices was top notch. He had a way of teaching by painting a picture to help you remember, which was extremely helpful when it came to sitting for your licensing exam. I can still see him at the front of the class providing us with a glimpse of his all encompassing knowledge of real estate. 40 years later I'm still selling real estate and cherishing the memories of days gone by and the great...

Don had a great deal to do with me deciding to answer the real estate business when I was finishing up my time at Dickinson College in the early 80s. We became friends over the years. He was a legend and a tribute to the industry. May God bless us all in company's family. He will be greatly missed.

May he rest in peace. Sat through many an appraisal class. My sympathy to his family.

Don't was a classmate-class of 1961 - Cedar Cliff HS. He was a good center fielder on our Lemoyne Legion baseball team.

An outstanding gentleman in every way. Rick Rovegno

Don Paul was my friend and mentor. His successful work in preservation, recently on behalf of the Sheepford Road Bridge and Peace Church will ensure that his legacy lives on. He was respected by all and a friend to many. Truly one-of-a-kind and will be deeply missed.

Forever grateful for the knowledge, integrity, and guidance you shared so generously. Don was a great teacher, boss, and friend. My deepest sympathy to his family.
