Dear Simmons Family:
I was a lowly Sophomore at Easton when Big Daddy was a Senior. I didn't know him personally, but everyone at Easton knew who "Big Daddy" was...how could we not know of this giant human specimen!! I've read all the messages in the guest book, and my suspicions have been confirmed...everyone who knew Don knows that he was a gentleman with a big, gentle heart...Don was loved and admired by all...even from afar!

I remember watching you practice at Easton Park as a kid, and how exicited I got when you let me walk back to the school with you and the team after a practice. Will miss you my Easton brother...God bless you!

Big Daddy was a great Eagle; well respected and liked by all that met him. I recall his Lincoln Continental making the rounds at "The Rockery" and his great smile.
