Not sure what to say?

Dear Thompson family, I'm sorry this note is belated. My deepest sympathies are with all of you during these difficult days. I will always remember Don for his sense of humor and wit. He will be missed by many family members and friends. "Mr. Barrington" was a wonderful asset and role model to our community. God Bless you.

Heather

We were saddened to hear of Don's passing.
He was a wonderful man and was so caring.
I know many people were blessed to have known him. He always seemed to be doing "something" for someone.
He gave so much to so many whether it was some type of help or just his time.
He was a great man. The world needs many many more Don Thompsons.
My parents both went to school with Don so I knew him for many years.
I will always remember the great person he was....

Don was such a kind and giving man to so many in the Barrington community. His spirit will live on as the rest of us try to follow his example in helping others around us. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

To the Thompson Family -
May other's thoughts and prayers help you through this difficult time. I will always remember Grandpa Thompson with fond memories in my heart. With love,
The Mitchell Family

To the Thompson Family,
My deepest sympathy in the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. Don always had a smile and certainly had a good sense of humor. I know he will be missed by many.

Don was a kind and gentle man, who always had a smile playing at the corners of his eyes. I was an usher at St. Matthews for many years as a teenager with Don, and I will always remember him fondly. He will be missed, and remembered.

It is with great sorrow we acknowledge the loss of a true friend. It is also with great pleasure and honor that we acknowledge a wonderful person, Don L. Thompson. To have shared his humor and positive attitude toward life has been truly rewarding.
Although we will miss his presence at church each Sunday, we will share with his family in the joy of his arrival in his eternal home.
May God continue to bless this family and comfort them in their loss.
