Not sure what to say?

Bud was a Great Gentleman. I would see him on some jobs in his later years still working. Always great to see and speak with him. He was highly respected in his field as one of the best, if not the very best craftsman there ever was. My dad knew him much better and always spoke very highly of him. He is and will be missed very much. Jeff Sharrits

My condolences to the Vandemark family. He will be missed sorely. Jeff and Cindy Sharrits

May our collective caring help to ease your loss and may your wonderful memories of a life well-lived comfort you.

Always loved that he would be out on his bike cleaning up Lincoln Highway. He will be missed.

I remember my young days in Gomer...riding horses with Jill. I spent many days at your beautiful home and loving my time spent there. Your family will miss you but rejoice in the thought of you and Betty being together again. God bless you and your family.

My first memory of Bud was when as a 6th grader at Gomer I watched him from afar as he starred in both baseball and basketball. What a thrill and turning point in my life when Bud became my 1st coach in organized summer baseball. Per HS Coach Ed Sandy's request Bud literally led me to the pitchers mound and, taught me the fundamentals of pitching. In adulthood we became teammates and always friends. The common denominator was our love of the game. I have forever been grateful for his impact...

Rest on peace Bud. You were my first baseball coach. Very well respected in the community and did very good job raising kids. Nice family. ! Tim and Kim Brenneman
