Don VETTER

My wife and I used to stop by Don's place on our way back from our trip in Alberta. Our thoughts are with his parents and siblings. He was very active in hockey while at Deaf school. I got to know him more on our stops in Battleford. May the memories of happier times be cherish in your grief.

We were so sorry to hear about Donny´s passing. Him and My son Bob were the best of friends and played hockey Together for the Knights. We took him a few times to tournaments. Bob even learned sign language. Donny would phone our house and ask for Obby and we knew who he wanted. He was a great hockey player.Bob kept in touch on Faceboook with him along with a couple of other ones that played for the knights.My Sister-In-Laws Shirley Schommer and Joan Basler told me about it.
