We have seen each other out in the community since he retired from TWHS, and he would always go out of his way to say "hello" to me! My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of need. I met Richard when he was a counselor for the Shawne County Community Assistance and Action Satellite Program on Alcohol/Drug Abuse Program. What I liked the most about him was concern and love for others. He will be truly missed.
