I meet Rocky in 1999 when I worked at WPC for a short time. He definitely made an impression on me he was funny and I loved that about him, I have only seen him a handful of times in the past years but he was always like a long lost friend I was my pleasure to have known him. I send my most heartfelt condolences to all of his family and friends I know he will be deeply missed. God bless

Rocky was such a great guy. We met in 7th grade at St. Andrews Junior High School. Missed seeing him over the years, but when I did, it was like we were back in high school. Godspeed my friend. Tell your Uncle Gary Tillman (and all those Tillmans) I miss them.
