Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, September 29, 1999, 5-9 p.m., at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, 6250 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, September 30, 9:30 a.m., from the funeral home to St. Thecia Church, with Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
