Not sure what to say?

Susan, Just saw in the Babson magazine that Donald passed away. Please accept my condolences. Myself, Don and Michael Cohen had many a meal together. I can remember one afternoon that Donald missed you so much he convinced Michael and I to go to Wallingford to visit you. Unfortunately after Babson we lost contact. Again, I am sorry.

My first job was working for Donald at Marmac and then Cardinal. Donald was a great mentor and I cherished his friendship, advice and leadership. So saddened to hear of his passing. My condolences to Susan, Peter, Julie and Family.

Donald gave me my start in business and I worked for him and with him for over 15 years. No one could ever have asked for a better boss and friend. Always the gentleman; always fair; never a bad word about anyone. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and I wish Susan, Peter, and Julie strength as they go though this very difficult time.

Please accept my condolences at this difficult time. Knowing what a fun-loving, mischief-maker Peter is, I can only imagine his highly developed love of life was garnered from the unfailing love and support of his parents, Donald in particular. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Donald was such a Gentleman. Anyone that worked with Him as i did respected Him for his business wisdom but also for the respect he demanded in the workplace. He was truly a great man.

I worked with Donald for many years at Marmac, then Cardinal. He was such a hard worker and had so much passion for whatever he did. I really enjoyed knowing him over the years. He was truly a wonderful person and will be missed by so many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Dear Susan and Family:

I was saddened to learn of Donald's passing. Donald was a quiet man filled with wit and wisdom. His ever present smile was warm and genuine. He was full of life and vitality.
Donald's goodness will be greatly missed by family, friends and colleagues. We will treasure his memory.
I extend my thoughts and prayers to all of you during this most difficult time.
I imagine that right about now...Donald and Joe are scheduling a golf game....

I work at 231 Farmington Avenue, one of Donald's properties and I maintained his and his wife's beloved flowers that adorn the property. I enjoyed many a conversation with Donald about Martha's Vineyard and any topic that happened to come up. He was a great man and will be sorely missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Sorry to hear about Donald...may this message of heartfelt sympathy help in some small way to comfort you at this sad time...my love
