Donald William Bolt

Hello, I had the opportunity to work with Mr Bolt as I called him. A very smart guy that normally could entertain any technical conversation with various system supplier within the Rail Road and outside. Many anecdotes to site but will always be remember as a unique, happy smart person. RIP.

Beautiful words! I’m so incredibly grateful that I can say Don was my great friend....as odd as our friendship may have seemed. He was a man among men, a great story teller, and his enthusiasm for life was admirable! So often we don’t know how fortunate we are to have some of people in our lives that we do until they’ve moved on. Don was not that way...every day with him you knew just how fortunate you were. I will and I do miss him so very much! My thoughts and prayers are with his family...

RIP my friend. You have always been my inspiration and my Mentor. May your water glass always be full and your fire burn bright. Keep your hand upon the throttle and your eye upon the rail. There's the highball, it's a clear track ahead.
