Not sure what to say?

I first met Professor Borbee at Monroe Community College. I enrolled in his business class. From the moment I met him, I was inspired! He showed up every class in a suit and tie, a cup of coffee and the business section. He told us, if we wanted to be good in business, we had to know what was going on in the world.

Not only did he teach from the textbook, he taught us about the value of life, the fulfillment of working hard and, for having a passion for what you set out to do in...

My name is Dale Phillips, one of the nurses at Glenmere that had the pleasure to know and love Donald.I've never seen a man keep his life so busy, with his family and hobbies then him. Before he got really ill, I would see him when I was leaving off my night shift sitting outside sketching the landscape and buildings! Such an interesting man, never a complaint of his health, always upbeat, I truley miss his sweet face and his family was very lucky to have someone of his quality in their family....

We are so sorry for your loss of Donald. We only met him once but were so taken by his outgoing personality and interest in others and in life. Our sincere sympathy to all his wonderful family, especially Bernadette and Frank.

My condolences to Dr. Borbee's family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Borbee, while working at St. John Fisher College. He often stopped to talk to me. On one occasion in particular, we discussed my degree program and the value of working while in school. He shared with me his work experience, and how he obtained his advanced degrees.

I am glad I got to meet him and will miss seeing him at St. John Fisher College.
