Send FlowersDonald L. Bumpus Sr., 65, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, a U.S. Armed Forces veteran, husband of Esther (Maciel) Bumpus, died on Monday, November 27, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, November 29, 2000, 7-9 p.m., at Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home, 495 Park Street, New Bedford. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Rural Cemetery. Military honors will be conferred. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Bumpus Family Memorial Fund, Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home, 495 Park Street. Arrangements entrusted to Saunders-Dwyer Funeral Home, New Bedford, Massachusetts.
