Having danced for American Ballet Theatre, Miami City Ballet and now running New Orleans Ballet Theatre, I am so grateful for Mr. Carlin and his wife Audre, and thank them for their efforts for the arts, especially ballet. My sincerest condolences and heartfelt appreciation for years of giving.

Don was a wonderful example of a generous and caring human being. We are each fortunate to have been touched by him and he will live on in all of us, and through the organizations he touched so deeply. Thank you Audre for your love of him, and for sharing so graciously in the community celebration of his life. With love,
