It is hard to believe Don left us 10 years ago this month. Miss his friendship and occasional visits when we could meet and talk over a beer about shared interests. Enjoyed his newsletters and think of him around the holidays which help recall the fun times we had in the summers together while in Alaska. Don was a unique individual with many talents who enjoyed life to the fullest every day. Thanks for being a friend.

We came to know Don during the two years our paths crossed while living in Achorage. We shared many good times and laughter during that period. We belonged to the same church and enjoyed camping and fishing and lots of laughter and great memories. We kept in touch via email and looked forward to receiving his annual Christmas newsletter. It was written to fully entertain and keep us updated on his ongoing career changes.

A Kodiak on the outside, but a teddy bear to those who knew, loved and admired him, Punk lived life on his own terms. We were fortunate to have been able to share this world with him.
