I really enjoyed knowing Mr. Don (as I referred to him)...he was wonderful to talk with each time at the Wellness Center. He was always interested in what new nutrition information I had, as well as asking about my children and how they were doing. It was sad to have not seen him over the past year after the cardiac team was laid off. I'm glad to have know him for so many years. He was one of the few people who really took exercise seriously.
