I am terribly saddened to learn of the passing of my dear and wonderful cousin. I have fond, fond memories of the good and meaningful times our respective families had together many moons ago. It has always pained me that I have not been able to keep in better touch with the family back east, and now I am doubly pained by not being able to bid my dear cousin good-bye and by not being able to embrace his wonderful family in the hour of their grief.
