As a grade schooler he was a lot of fun. If somebody suggested that he do something dangerous his usual comeback was "I want to die of old age". He would say amusing things and had a lot of fascinating stories about events at home. I remember him well.

Don when I read this today my heart was torn. A true friend I will miss our conversations. You took me spiritually on your adventures to Canada and I actually went on one that was a adventure I will never forget. You were so true and real that so many people do not have today. Your passing reminds me that all our time is limited. I hope I can leave half as much joy and reality as you did with with the friends I have. My your wings spread wide and full, your friend, Chris

I remember Donny when he worked on vw at our garage etc. Rich Auto electric in the 70s.Sorry I didn't make it to visitation. I graduated with Jerry (George) and I knew Bill etc.

Sorry to hear this about Don. I spent many hours fishing open water and ice fishing with Don. He was very competitive when it came to fishing. May he be fishing forever in heaven. Rest in peace Don.
