Reunion 2000

RIP Uncle Donnie, I have the fondest memories of you from the epic Compton family reunions, and the visits back and forth!

So sorry to hear about the passing of Donald. Growing up, I lived across the street from him and his family on East Jackson Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and remember him fondly.

I am very sorry for your loss Don was a good friend and great person to work with

When you worked with Don, you were working with WBFD's best. "First in, last out" was his way. Around the station, he took care of everything, and when you could convince him to take a break, there was no better company. Deep sympathy to Sam, Diane, and, family. Godspeed, Don!

Diane, Sam and the Compton Family:
Three things drove Don. His family, his faith and service to others. I learned so much from him as a friend and a fire fighter. Don is in a much better place in heaven now because of how he lived his life on earth.
Rest In Peace my friend. Until we meet again.

May God grant you peace, he was a great man, he always had a smile for everyone. He loved too laugh and enjoyed having coffee with whoever came to his home.great PSU fan. He will be missed greatly. Rip Donnie thank you for being apart of our family. Love to all the family.
Love, Pat
