Not sure what to say?

Our deepest sympathy to you, Sandy, and to your family upon the passing of your beloved Don. It was an honor and a privilege to have known Don, and to have served alongside both of you in 1989, the "Magical Winter Kingdom." What a gentle spirit, such a kind and generous man. Don always made me smile, he will be greatly missed by so many. May you find comfort and peace in Jesus. Love and prayers to you.

I am so sad to hear of Don's passing. I met him completely through happenstance when I was trying to find a job after college. I remember, in a time completely reliant on technology, I received a letter from Don filled with tips, encouragement and, of course, his business card. He touched so many lives and will truly be missed.

Don was such a wonderful influence in my professional career. I'll always remember his mentoring and efforts to support our family business.

Don was my Mentor at UST. Don was always collecting business cards and networking people. I would introduce myself to others as "a friend of Don Craighead's" and always received a smile and the response, "Me Too". Great man, I will miss him. Craig Lofstuen

Heaven won't know what hit them when Don arrives and starts networking and mentoring! Rest in Peace to a very special man who made every encounter a bright spot. You will be missed. Condolences to his family.

We are very sorry to learn of the passing of Don. His career and giving back is a true legacy to a great man. We enjoyed our visits with Sandy and Don at church. His smiles and gentle ways will be missed. May you all feel God´s embrace during this difficult time of loss.

Our deepest sympathy to Sandy & the entire Craighead family. Don was an amazing man. He was one of the greatest networkers, coach, mentor, entrepreneur and friend that I´ve ever met. He had an extraordinary zest for life, for meeting people, and for sharing his wisdom, knowledge, and connections with anyone when they needed that help. His curiosity and enthusiasm for learning was contagious, and anyone who was touched by Don in their life was profoundly impacted by him. He inspired...

Don (DHC), was much, much more than my former employer of many years. He was a great mentor, a good friend, and an all around "Golden Man". His kindness, and generosity will be appreciated, by many....forever. The world said "see ya' someday, dear friend"....and Heaven welcomed one of the MOST AWESOME Angels in the history of Heaven. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Don C. and I Don Wintz started out at the same grade schools the same high school, Monroe and same college the U of Mn. Institute of Technology. Even though Don C. and I were not close as adults, we both attended some of our Monroe HS reunions. It never failed that we would find each other and talk about old times. Don was one year older than I, but we felt a similarity with our love of the sciences and also religion. God bless Don's family. There should be a special place waiting for him in...
