Not sure what to say?

Oh how we miss them!

Don, so beloved by all, was a Gentle Giant. A Giant in the power of his persona, in the force of his will, and in his unshakeable morality.

He was a Gentle giant because he was unfailingly caring, and ever truly a gentleman. (A gentleman is one who, when you're in his presence, makes you feel good about yourself; which Don assuredly did.)

The honor of having been friends with Don and Babs, and thus with the Dahlman and Ruch families, has been a major blessing of our...

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. May your memories comfort your heart; and God help the Dahlman family during this time of sorrow. Isa.41:13

I'm so thankful to have had influences like Papa Don in my life. A man who lived passionately, inspired others, worked hard and cherished family above all else. I appreciate having had such a wonderful role model and can see his influence in his children and his grandchildren. I can only hope to live as fulfilled a life as he had. Wish I could be with you to celebrate his life.

Love you all,

Adam

His commitment to education and to his profession were unparalleled. We enjoyed a professional...

Dear Ruch and Dahlman family,

We send our deepest condolences on Don's passing. Dan and I are thankful that we got to meet Don and Babs as well. They are a testament to service, strength and family.

Our thoughts are with you.

Dan and Tracy

Know that you are all in my thought and prayers. There are many fond memories you have to reminisce and share with one another.

Dear Ones, please know that my fondest thoughts and wishes are with you.
Don was a delightful guy; light of touch, quick to see humor, devoted to his family, and clearly mad about Babs, who as you know, was my hero before I know she WAS a hero.
Leon, my Dad was very close to Don considering him as a son.
I was so happy to be united with you all at Don's (95?) birthday. He was still himself, taking great joy in life and all it offered, especially in youse guys.
I am with you all in...
