Not sure what to say?

My condolences and respect for a great man whose family who took me in as a exchange student from Brazil. He along with a very adorable family gave me a joyfull and great time while living in St. Charles MO, by 1973. God bless you all. Love, Sìlio Rodrigues, Jr.

What a remarkable man..proud I had a chance to meet him and family..lots of love

Here I am with my grand son Benjamin

Great time lived with you..pitty I haven’t checked you up earlier..lots of love..and looking forward to hear from you

Bill Seibel's comments were so very true. I remember sitting between Don and my father as a youngster riding to the Cardinal football games, listening to Don tell stories about the criminal cases before him, but when I became a young lawyer it was always an honor to appear before him.I thought my career would end prematurely when I tried the 1978 Peggy Coppage/Joe Graves election recount to him. In a packed courtroom, he went through a list of 30 reasons why he could not find in my favor as I...

As a young prosecutor Don gave me advice and guidance that helped me to be a better advocate for the State. I shall always remember his kindness and his control over his courtroom. He was the kind of judge that was no nonsense and like a judge you would see in a Hollywood movie. He was everything you would expect a judge to be and I shall never forget him.

Judge Dalton is now in Carleen's arms along with their son Wes. He no longer has worldly problems only peace with his friends and family. Miss all of you.

I pray for his family for peace, comfort and guidance. I am sure this is the Judge Dalton who presided over my adoption in 1975 when my grandparents adopted me. He is a part of the woman that I have grown up to be. May he rest in the Father's arms.

Will miss you lots good buddy.
