It was a real blessing to work with Don early in my career at IDC. His kind, gentle, thoughtful approach was one that I have tried to emulate during my career. I have always remembered Don telling me, "If someone isn't doing what I expect, then I haven't done a good job at making the expectations clear". This fundamentally shaped my behavior!
