Read MoreI lived at 46 Embury in 1998. I had a friend very sick with cancer and Mr. Day asked me about him every time he saw me. After my friend passed, I received the most beautiful card from Mr. Day, which I have kept all these years.
I always looked forward to hearing about his family vacations. God speed to a true gentle man.

Back in the day, circa 1976, I lived in two of those Ocean Grove units and Mr. Day was always fixing one thing or another.
