Donald L. Denburg

I knew Don very well since I worked for him for 20 years. He was, in many ways, like a father to me since he became my manager about the time my real father passed away in 1982. Don was always kind, thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed several common academic achievements and interests. I just learned of Don’s passing on April 18, 2021 so it is with sadness that I write this belated condolence. My heart goes out to Don’s wife Margie and son Mike.

Don will be missed by all of his fellow LVAWS members . He was kind person who was interested in others and an expert about wine. Our thoughts are with Margie and their family.

Your humility, exceptional moral compass and sincere work ethic were powerful attributes that have been an inspiration to us all. Everyone who came in touch with you were the better for their experience.
