Not sure what to say?

I miss you, Don. I learned so much from you. The years I spent working with you side by sidewith you were outstanding! I loved when I called you in Dubuque and you saw my number and would say "Pete Pesce". It warmed my heart each time. You were a "world-class" person and I hope you are looking down from heaven on all of us and smile about what an incredible impact you had on all of us! I love you, my friend. God Bless. p.s. please give Janet a big hug for me too.

Don, was one of the driving forces of the Fiesta Bowl. I remember him well, he was President (and chairman of the hiring group) when I was hired to be the Executive Director. Most of all, he and his wife Janet were great friends.

Don was a great friend. We were on several audits together at Andersen in the 1950's and
kept contact ever since. I was blessed with his attending my 85th birthday dinner 7 years ago. He will be missed. Condolences to his family.'

I was a Dubuque day student at Loras as was Don. He hired me for Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1961. That decision was a life changing event for me and my future family. Don was my hero. I worked with him in the Small Business Division until he went to the Phoenix office. At that time I took over as the Arthur Andersen recruiter at Loras College. Don kept a close eye on me to make sure I was hiring enough Loras students for the firm. He was a great mentor and an amazing guy. He was one of a...

Proud to have been one of Don's partners at Andersen in its Chicago World Headquarters. Wonderful obituary--captures the true "human" character which distinguished Don [and is reflective of his entire family]. Like many others, his year-end messages will be missed.

My condolences to the family May the God of all comfort be with you as you mourn the loss of your love one. May his words at John 6:40.sustain you in this time Isaiah 61:1.2.Also in knowing that your love one are in Gods memory.

Don was my boss, my mentor, and my friend. We talked frequently, laughed often, and enjoyed a great relationship.

Simply put, he is as fine a man as I have ever know, and I will miss him deeply.

He was very proud of each of you, his children, and I will miss his annual Christmas card with the update of all your accomplishments.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
