Not sure what to say?

Though I never met Mr. Earp, but I had the pleasure of meeting his daughter, Rebecca, quite a few years ago. I suspect I have seen his reflection in her driven character, ready smile, and delight in helping others.
My condolences to you all.

To the Family of Don Earp:
I was so sorry to hear of Don's passing. My mother passed away during this period and I did not hear of it until this past weekend. Don was a wonderful man. I had association with Don for several years as we supplied Earp Meat Co. with fresh cut vegetables. Don was kind, compassionate and had a listening ear. There was never a problem that he shied away from or didn't want to try to solve. He was a good friend and will be missed.

Cliff, Rebecca, Steve, and Family:
Don was an astute businessman, a loving family man, and a caring employer. He made his employees and their families feel like one big happy family. He generously gave of himself until the day he passed on. Always remember to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. His memory will linger on through everyone he touched in his lifetime. His selfless commitment to his family, employees, friends, and society is his legacy. We can honor him...

Dear Earp family,

I, too, was at the 5K race on Sunday, and was saddened to learn of your father/husband's passing. Please accept my condolences. My thoughts are with you in these difficult times.

Rebecca and Cliff, Don was such an incredible man - generous of his time, talents and energy. I have some great memories of him helping the Ronald McDonald House out in so many special and sometimes very behind-the-scenes ways. He is really missed already - you and the entire Earp family are in our thoughts and prayers. - Ann & your friends at RMHC

To the Family of Don and to Lee,
My father Robert Fisher(Bob) always spoke so highly of Don. My father who is deceased and Don where Shriners. I came to meet Don durning the building process in a subdivision I worked. He was such a kind and gentle man. When he smiled the room would glow. I can certainly appreciate the admiration that my father had for Don. Now the two of them can really have some fun. With my deepest sympathy, Shelia Hampton

I work at Fort Dodge Animal Health and was at the 5K run the morning your father passed on. I don't know your father, but from what I have heard and read about him, he sounds like a truly remarkable man. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
