Mr. Fager was my boss when I first started working back in MLMIC 37 years ago when it was Donald J. Fager & Associates. From the first time I met him he was a warm kind personable man he cared about others not only on a professional level but on a personal level . He was there he cared about each individual person he was a real humanitarian. I was blessed to have known him. My heart thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and children .
