I don't know why I looked to check on Don. I worked as his legal secretary in the mid 1970's. don had the highest ethics and a wonderful love for Carol and his children. I fondly remember a great day on Lake Washington with Carol and law firm ladies on the Cormorant! Prayers are with the family.

Don was an extraordinarily fine person. A kind and compassionate man with exceptional legal skills and deep rooted professional integrity. He was and will remain the finest example of how we should conduct our lives if we want to enjoy a legacy of love, happiness and respect. He was a man who truly made a profoundly positive impact not only on those he touched directly but also on the society in which he lived.
