Not sure what to say?

Julie and William - What wonderful memories we all had as your neighbors. William as Harold's buddy; Julie who helped us at Black Butte with our young kids; Colleen and Don as super friends who were so genuine and helpful; and the time w/ your mom and Julie at PS when Sally and I visited talking and laughing, etc. All wonderful and so positive. Both of your parents were superb roll models and loving and caring all of you. God Bless you three and our preyers and best wishes are with you today...

Many memories from years ago when we were neighbors in Helix. And stopping in Cascade Locks on our way to Portland; visits in Arlie (?? close to Monmouth). In 1955 in La Grande

Many memories from years ago when we were neighbors in Helix. They were Godparents to my son. We continued to keep in touch after their moves to Cascade Locks and close to Monmouth. After we moved to Hawaii we lost contact until I saw Don In McMinnville. My sympathy in this loss - a fine, fine person. Sally

A celebration of Don's life will be held tomorrow, Nov. 13 in Woodland at the Moose Lodge from 2-4pm. All are welcome to attend. Thank you for signing his guest book.

Don Fluke was my Father-in-law and welcomed me with open arms into the family.
He was a great friend and father to William and a fun loving and kind Grandfather to our son Corey.
Don was a blessing to our family he will be dearly missed

Mr. Fluke was a great superintendent at Jordan Valley and one of the best bosses that I have ever had. He truly cared for the staff and students. He was always concerned about my son wearing glasses and playing basketball. Don even gave us pointers on how my son's vertical leap could be improved.
Jordan Valley School District is a better place because of Don's presence.

Jim & I have know Don for many years, as he was superintendent when our kids were in school. However, we saw a completely different side of Don during the last two years. He really lived the American dream, and loved the USA. He was very bright, funny, and always involved with life. Even at 83 he was always looking for another job, however driving truck was not in his future.
Taco Tuesdays were where the Johnsons' and Asa Reed and Don Fluke (two sides of the political aisle)...

I am very saddened to hear about Mr. Fluke. He was a great Supt. Don did many great things for our school district. I enjoyed working with him. always had time to listen to you. cared about the students. I also enjoyed Mrs. Fluke when she was in town. My deepest sypathy and prayers are with his family.
