Dear Donna, Steve, Sheree and Jill

It is with heavy heart that we send you all condolences on Don and Barbara's passing. Never could we have had dearer lifelong friends. Having known them since middle school and our teens they were always there for us in our life's journey -- during good times and bad, during marriages, births, anniversaries, travels, and quiet times. Their support and encouragement, their friendship, their laughter and jokes during all of our special occasions...

We are saddened to hear Donald and Barbara have passed. We didn't know them very well, we were their neighbors on Woodstone St. (in the cul-de-sac). May they rest in peace.

When you sent the first email, as I recall, a day before your Dad passed away. I wanted to send Don a note of thank you but I was too late.
Your Dad was Church Council President in December 1977 when I interviewed for the church secretary position at Holy Trinity. I assumed that I was a "shoo in" since I had volunteered in the office (very small, at that time) while Nancy Anderson and then Linda Anderson was secretary.
