Donald Martin Frick

Don has been an amazing friend for 42 years. His writing, speaking, research and understanding of servant leadership influenced several generations of learners. He inspired me to write and produce servant leadership curriculum for organizations. Don was warm, kind, funny, and one of those people you are so proud to call "friend." I will miss his calls and our times with colleagues, but his legacy will live on forever. Love you, Don and Sandra!

Don was a friend and teacher. He wanted to write a piece on how we implemented Servant Leadership at the Coppel Tx Police Dept. He visited with us and interviewed several members of my team. I spoke to him at least once a year and he would have me jump in on his zoom classes with his students. He will be missed by many, including myself. Condolences to his family. He was a good man.
