I have known the Garretts since 1969 when I became friends with their daughter Donna - her parents never hesitated to "add one more plate to the dinner table" when I was her roommate and she brought me along for a family dinner. I always considered her Dad a "Gentle Giant" - so kind and thoughtful man. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our sincere condolences to the family. God Bless...
