Donald Gerk

Dear Vicky and Family,
Jim and I want you to know our thoughts are with you with the loss of your father. May memories help you remember all the good times.

In August I was in Sheboygan for a visit with my Mom, Helen, Uncle Donald's sister. Just a week before he went into the hospital we were invited to their house for a game of cards, sheep's head, and then supper at Miller's Glen. What a pleasure. I will never forget that last game. He was in such good spirits. We also used to play golf together at Miller's Glen. I will miss him so much, a good and kind man. My thoughts and prayers are with you Aunt Gloria, Vicky, Lora and all the family.

I have so many great memories of Uncle Donny and his kind and giving spirit. I'm so glad I got to visit with him the last time I was in town. My prayers and condolences go out to Aunt Gloria, Lora and Vicky and the entire family.

Dear Uncle Donny,
I remember all the wonderful family gatherings when I was a little girl -- the brown brick house, horses down the lane, and a case of Springtime soda. You were always a kind and loving soul. May Aunt Gloria and all family be comforted in this time of grief.
Say "Hi" to my dad for me; you'll have much to catch up on.

My Uncle Donny was a wonderful, compassionate, kind, and loving man. He and his older brother, my father Jerry Gerk, are testament to the integrity of the Gerk family name. I am richer for having known him. Grandpa Walter Gerk, Jerry, & Donny are in heaven, now reuniting with joy. Aunt Gloria, Vicky, & Laura: He will live on in our memories and the photos we have of him. Please stay strong for each other. I love you all . . . Robellie
