Seale Funeral Service - Denham Springs Obituary

Donald "Dukie" Gill, a loving brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the age of 60. He was owner and operator of Donald Gills Trucking, where he spent most of his life driving trucks touring all of North America with his babies, Bruzer and Cece. He was a graduate of Denham Springs High School and will forever be remember for his wonderful smile. Dukie is survived by his awesome silbings, Heidi Gill Webb and her husband Walter "Duck", Nicky Gill and his wife, Connie; nephew, Brian Webb and wife, Patricia; and niece, Heather Espe and husband Leif. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert G. and Maria Gill; brother, Sidney "Bubba" Gill; nephew, Burt Webb. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, LA on Monday, April 9, 2018 from 2 p.m. until Memorial Service at 4 p.m.

Donnie I can't thank you enough for the person you were and how you influenced our lives with your wonderful laugh and great smile...you made work a hobby!! Wonderful years on board with DGT....With everyone. You will be missed and your spirit will be carried through with all the lives you touched. You are family and always will be in our hearts. will not be there for service mama dot and myself have health issues . Donnie would understand . .going to miss you Donnie .

I am going to miss your big smile and that special laugh you had. Most of all you were my very best friend and a big brother I never had.I will always love you for that. Mama/Mickey is going to miss from all the times you would help when called upon and all the Christmas holidays and good times spent together. We will miss you very much.
