Peggy and I lived in Ankara from 1975 -1977 when I was attached to Det 120 at JUSMATT. At the time I was a Navy Lieutenant Commander on the staff and worked with Don for almost a year. Peggy and I knew Don and Dot very well and their children Matt and Melinda. I remember when Don had a part in a
