Not sure what to say?

So very sorry to just hear of Dr. Gregg`s passing. He was one in a million. I was in several counseling classes with Dr. Gregg at Montclair State back in the mid `80s pursuing my masters in Counseling degree. He was intelligent, caring intuitive and one of the most intense and wonderful human beings I´ve ever had as a teacher. Rest this soul, he will live on in my life and in so many people I have interacted with as a result of our many training conversations at MSU.

I was a graduate student of Dr. Greg's at Montclair State University in 1992. He was an outstanding professor, a kind, caring and compassionate person. I will never forget him. I didn't know about all of his awards and his service to our country. Rest in peace, dear man

Don's was a sweet and large spirit. My memories of him always include the twinkle in his eyes. A keen observer of human nature, he was funny... often expressed with a very intelligent and dry wit. For me, he was a mentor and a friend. His passing left a Don-sized gap that will not be filled, other than with my loving memories of him. Live long (wherever) and prosper, Don! PS: I just looked back at what I wrote two years ago, and found I'd said several of the exact same things. These...

I was a grad student when I met Don in 1974 when I became a teaching assistant for him. A dry, quick-witted, and funny man of Scottish descent, his spirit twinkled much like his eyes. He was indeed a teacher worthy of the name, and a fine, fine human being. Thanks, Don, for everything. I miss you.

Words cannot express the impact Don had in my life long after I graduated from MSU.He encouraged me to go into student assistance and my life took a very different turn. He was a catalyst for my success today and anyone who crossed his path in life was truly blessed.
