Like Don, I am a forensic CPA in Northern California. In the '80's, Don lectured frequently and I enjoyed him immensely. In the mid '90's, Don and I were on opposite sides of a case involving "executive goodwill". Don was a strong advocate. Our paths had not crossed again until earlier this year.
