Don taught with many of us at Willard Jr.Hi in Santa Ana, and at Santa Ana High School. I have many fond memories of Don and his family. Don was one of a kind, and we enjoyed the many stories of his experiences. We will miss you Don.

I'm very sorry to learn that Don passed away. It is good, at least, that he lived to be 88. I taught with Don at Santa Ana High School in the 70s. His wonderful personality was one of his main attributes. He is one whom I have often thought about, where he might be and doing, etc. I wish I could have had a conversation with him in the last 30 years, but, unfortunately, his whereabouts was an unknown, till now.
