Not sure what to say?

It has been a very hard year, a hard August, September 1st, and I'm sure tomorrow Don's burial date will be tough too. I am happy he is no longer struggling to be here with us...all he loved and those of us who loved him. Thank you to all who have remembered him these few days and/or throughout the year and will in the future.

Sue
So sorry to hear of Don's passing. As a fellow career retail person, I know how hard he worked and his passion for making every customer happy. He was a special person who loved you dearly. He will be greatly missed. Our best to you!

Susan, we are so very sorry to hear of your loss. Ronald looked forward to breakfasts with Donald when we were in town -- they always had so much to talk about and Ronald always enjoyed Donald's company. We will miss him, and we are so sad we were not able to go out to dinner with you the last few times we were up in Syracuse. Bertha sends her condolences, too.

Sue, I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I have many fond memories of working with him. He was always ready to lend a hand or let me sneak an extra break when he knew I needed it, and his encouragement and kindness meant the world to me. He was a very special man and I will always think of him and smile, especially when I remember his loud, joyous laugh. I was sorry to have lost touch with you both after leaving the pet store. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sue,

I was stunned to hear of Don's passing. He was a good friend and I always enjoyed meeting him for coffee in the morning where we discussed a multitude of topics. He was truly a hard worker and a great friend. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sue,
What can I say? I have loved Donnie since he was the "bread boy" at the Acme, and I, the cashier, so many years ago. Seeing Donnie was always such a happy time and we always ended up laughing about something. Please Sue, if there is anything I can do for you, don't hestitate. I am here for you, always. God Bless you Donnie, you have no idea how much so many of us will miss you.

Sue, so sorry to hear about Don's passing. We both enjoyed our time working with him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
