My late father, Don Johnson, was the ticket manager of the L.A. Rams. He really liked Don. The Rams were like one big happy family under C.R.'s command.
My mom, Barbara, and I send our condolences to your family.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family.

Don and I were friends and co workers when he was at Arcadia High School and I was purchasing agent for the District. He was always pleasent to be around and I will always remember him. We have lost a wonderful man and my condolances to his family.

To Jackie, Todd and the entire Hewitt family, my prayers are with you all. He was a friend and giver, especially to my late husband Ray, Don never said no. He always had a smile and a hug, and his eyes showed that he cared. May you all find peace and comfort knowing he's with the angels in heaven. God keep you safe. Jeanie San Jose.

Don was a friend of everyone who aspired to play sports at Arcadia High School. He made you feel confident even if the coaches ignored you. His unofficial, "off the books" basketball and baseball practices were the best, because they were fun.
