Not sure what to say?

Don,

-Nothing but wonderful memories of you and family. Specifically the earlier years of the 60's at Esther and Earle's home in Falmouth, ME. You always had a great smile and encouraging words.
God Bless !

So sorry to hear. I have fond memories of playing in town band with Mr. Hobbs as we battled our way through the LIght Brigade and John Phillip Sousa. He was good natured and always fun. My sincere condolences to his family.

You will be missed, Mr. H. I loved being a part of the family and joining in on all the birthday and holiday celebrations in Maine. We always had lots of laughs and you always made me feel like a true family member. I'll always remember how much you loved ice cream and we couldn't wait to finish dinner to order dessert! With love, Susan

Thinking of you Martha! I have nothing but the fondest memories of Don and his never ending smile! Lots of love from Alaska. Love Emily

Martha;

I'll never forget the day Mary Ellen, Alice and I were in Bar Harbor and decided to surprise Don at work with an ice cream sundae. His secretary was a bit reluctant to let us see him, and we found out why when we were ushered into his office and there he sat eating an ice cream sundae! Thinking of you all - love Rindy

So sorry for your loss Martha. Trips to Bar Harbor were always special when we were able to stop at your house to see you and Don, especially with Gramma! I also remember all the Thanksgivings we all shared together at the "Farm" when I was a kid. Take care!

Dear Aunt Martha, so sorry for your loss. Your are in our thoughts and prayers. We love you. Lee, Brenda, & Elaina

I'm sorry to hear of Don's passing. Just this summer, I walked the shore path with one of my sons who delivered the Sunday paper to the Hobbs and he commented on what a nice man Mr. Hobbs was.

Another from the 'Greatest Generation' in God's care.
Thank you for your service.
